Airport Parking – You have 3 options when parking at Prestwick.

Car Park 1 – Is closest taking 1 minute and is located directly in front of the terminal building. It is the most expensive of the three options.

Car Park 2 – It takes 3 Minutes to reach however there is a short steep gradient 20 metres long leading to this car park. It is less expensive than the first car park and is good value if the hill leading there can be tackled comfortably by yourself and passengers.

Car Park 3 – Located across the main road leading into the airport it is 5 minutes walk to the terminal. Being the cheapest of the three car parks it can be difficult for the elderly or infirm to reach with luggage.

We recommend that you book your parking hereprior to arrival. Doing this will lower the cost and save you time both arriving and leaving the airport

Hotels Close By – There are many hotels or bed and breakfast in Prestwick town only 5 minutes drive away that can be booked through booking.com Alternatively there is a Premier Inn Hotel 7 minutes away (2 miles) by car next to the Marks & Spencer BP garage at Monkton. Take the sign for Glasgow when leaving the airport and you will see the garage on your right hand side.

Taxi Pickup Zone – If you do not require Meet & Greet you will find your driver at the pickup point within the airport car park. We will have emailed you with instructions where to meet along with the drivers contact information and vehicle details.

Train Station – The Airport rail link can be found across the main road leading into the airport and can be accessed through a sky walkway that joins the terminal with the station. It is very well signed and visible from the terminal. The first train from Glasgow Central presently leaves at 07.00am and arrives Prestwick Airport at 07.54am. The last train leaves Prestwick Airport Station at 21.52pm. Many flights depart earlier or later than the train timetable, please arrange another form of transport if this applies to yourself. Ryanair Check In Desks – The check in desks are located directly in front of you as you enter the terminal building. They are not difficult to locate.

Car Hire Desks – If you follow the signs for flight arrivals when entering the airport you will find the car hire booths on your left hand side and on the right hand side if you are on an arriving on a flight. The booths are open for short periods so please check they are open for you arriving. Many flights into Prestwick are late in the evening when car hire desks are closed.
